Postcard of a six story white building with red and white striped window coverings, described as "Perlstein Office Building, Beaumont, Texas." A newspaper clipping is pasted on the back of the postcard, with the short message, "Is Jack this man? H. H. 11-6-11." The postcard is addressed to "Miss Mamie McFaddin Washington D. C. 1906 Florida Ave."
