Photograph of J. L. Trophagan shaking hands and receiving an insignia pin from a man wearing a Dallas Fire Department uniform. The man on the right's uniform has several stars on the sleeve and a patch reading, "Dallas All-American City." Trophagan is on the left, identified by the name tag on his uniform and the label on the bottom left side of the photo. The back of the photo has "J. L. Trophagan March 6, 1962" written on it.

Photograph of P.W. Porter receiving an insignia pin at what appears to be a gala dinner or other event. There are three people standing, Porter, the man pinning the insignia on Porter's uniform, and a woman. There is a patch on Porter's left sleeve with the text, "Dallas All-American." "P.W. Porter April 6, 1972" is written on the back of the photo.
