Woolridge advises Headquarters of the resignation of Mrs. Longnecker requesting that an inspector "come out and check over" their Board and give recommendations. Page handwrites, in red pencil, orders to send CAS [T. N. Carswell] to El Paso No. 4. A handwritten note at the top of the telegram is in regards to Mrs. Rose D. Longnecker.
