Copy of transcript for a letter from James Hamilton to James F. Perry informing Perry that he will be out of town for a month, should he try to write about the land deal with Bee. Hamilton also attempts to find an alternate means of paying Perry, since Green did not hold up his contact to deliver Hamilton's payment on behalf of Bee to Perry.
