Scout car officer Phil Kennedy suffered bruised ribs and Mrs. Ina Mae Day, Edmond, a bruised hip in the wreck. Mrs. Day said she failed to see an eastbound stop sign. Kennedy was unable to stop on the slick streets, before the collision occurred, the officer said."
