Members of the Indignant White Citizens Council were seen outside of the Dallas Trade Mart on November 22nd and arrested. These individuals were: Bobby Joiner, Raymond Lee Joiner, Roy Eugene Joiner, Gary Dwayne Joiner, Gene Audra Guinn, and William Lee Cummings.
