Solomon ended up leaving to go find work. She read their letter to Uncle H. She mentions that they need rain. She talks about the state of their peach orchard. Uncle H and Neal are going to Melissa. Neal helped Lila with her milking and feeding. She mentions again the need for rain and she was happy that the Moores were having a good time.
