Rosenberg is interested to hear that Bill McCarter plans to retires from NTIEVA after the summer of 1997 and commends both of them for their leadership they have brought to NTIEVA. Rosenberg requests that they address certain issues in their next report due October 1, 1995 or to send them separately so that she may review them.

Solomon will be going back to help pick cotton. She received a letter from Clarence and Solomon received one from George. Buck is wearing a necklace with a heart on it. Neal came back that morning. Solomon ended up leaving to go find work. She read their letter to Uncle H. She mentions that they need rain. She talks about the state of their peach orchard. Uncle H and Neal are going to Melissa. Neal helped Lila with her milking and feeding. She mentions again the need for rain and she was happy that the Moores were having a good time.
