Letter from Daniel W. Kempner to I. H. Kempner updating Isaac on recent cotton sales that were made, as well as briefly discussing the insurance that is held on the cotton. Daniel then explains that outside of the previously mentioned invoices, nothing new had been received and proceeds to then express his well wishes for Isaac and Henrietta as they are on vacation.
