Deed from Charles F. and Florence J. de Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh confirming the deed made the prior day on October 19, 1897; Leigh purchase the land known as "survey No. 38 in section No. 2" for the amount of ten dollars. The second half of the deed, prepared by the U. S. Consul from Tampico, Mexico, acknowledges that Florence J. de Ganahl "acknowledged such instrument to me to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed..."
