Data management plan for the grant, "Students Data Literacy Needs in Community Colleges: Perspectives of Libraries, Students and Faculty." The University of North Texas will conduct an 18-month planning project to examine the current perspectives of community college librarians, faculty, and students regarding data literacy; identify the data literacy competencies needed for community college students; and develop data literacy action plans for community college libraries to assist community college librarians in assessing their capability and creating a road map to incorporate data literacy into their existing literacy programs. The findings of this project will identify the role and position of community college libraries in facilitating and enhancing the development of the data literacy competencies of students.

Data management plan for the grant, "Developing a High-Quality Academic Environment for Broadening Participation of Hispanic Students in Computing." The objectives of the grant are to Enhance the education quality and broadening the participation of Hispanic undergraduate students in Computing through new pedagogy adoption, cultural transformation, and offering guided research opportunity for students. The project is also going to study the cultural asset-based education for Hispanic students and to understand which cultural asset would be the most important impact factors for Hispanic education in computing.

Data management plan for the grant, "Connecting Communities with Libraries, Archives, and Historians Through Oral Histories." The University of North Texas (UNT) Department of Information Science, partnering with the UNT Oral History Program, will host a series of forums to identify best practices and strategies to respond to challenges around building, implementing, preserving, and accessing community oral history projects. The project team will convene librarians, archivists, oral history practitioners, public historians, community-based memory workers, and others working in oral history to identify good practices, share challenges and lessons learned, and prepare an actionable roadmap for building, implementing, preserving, and sustaining community oral history projects.

Data management plan for the grant, "Distributed Learning for Undergraduate Programs in Data Science at Diverse Universities." Here, we propose to expand on our previous NSF-supported work in developing a suite of courses in data science (DS) that were taught across a network of 4 undergraduate institutions in a distributed learning (DL) format. The current proposal seeks to expand the size and diversity of our network while adapting the advanced distributed learning (ADL) technology of the U.S. military to an academic setting to harness the power of AI in tailoring optimal learning experiences for individual students.

Manjula Swargiary describes her experience during the 2022 Assam floods. The speaker is an assistant teacher with a HSLC education who speaks Assamese in addition to Boro. She is 48 years old at the time of recording. She talks about her experience going to school (her workplace) during the flood. She describes how her students would assist her in crossing the river and how the situation has deteriorated over time. She recalls her first job as a teacher, when her students assisted her in crossing a flooded area. She claimed they would form a chain on a shaky bridge to assist her in crossing it.
