Toungate references a letter from Klopfenstein in which a report on Subject OP 95040 was requested. She advises that Subject has reported each month, the reports have been forwarded to their office and that the conduct and attitude of Subject is satisfactory.

Subject 108,345 expresses to Carswell his joyous feeling regarding his date of discharge which is to be on March 16. O'Brien replies to a letter from Christian by advising of California requirements for a subject serving a mandatory life sentence. Subject No. 17095 must apply for Executive Clemency from the Governor by writing to and supplying required information to Mr. Joseph Babich who will supply the forms to make application.
