Photograph of Washita watershed, damage to front slope of Site 26 Wildhorse Creek Watershed. Dam runs almost due east and west. Part of slope was rip-rapped with rock from spillway but rock lacked about 6 feet being high enough to prevent this damage. SCS plans to repair this damage.

Brush was removed, pond constructed, and NK-37 Bermuda grass was seeded, fertilized and overseeded with Kobe longgrass. Floyd Ramsey, SCS aide and W.J. Fowler are discussing the conservation practices applied. Ramsey is ranch manager. OK-928-10.

Note the various safety precautions that have been taken to make the storage of oil and gasoline safe: 1. Sand barrel with lid for fighting fires. 2. Shovel painted red hanging on the wall. 3.
