Doughman speaks about his "journey" as his drag persona, Michael Lee, particularly as a performer in AIDS benefit concerts in the early 1980s in Dallas. Doughman also talks about the aging process. At the end of the recording Doughman sings what appear to be two original compositions: "Part Time Woman" and "Streetwalker's Daughter" (sung to the tune of Loretta Lynn's "Coalminer's Daughter.") Doughman states this is his final performance as Michael Lee. Outrageous Oral is a quarterly evening of GLBT storytelling hosted by The Dallas Way, a GLBT history organization.

Jack was introduced by Michael Doughman, the announcer for the evening, who also spoke about the early history of the Pride Parade in Dallas and the funding group, the Dallas Tavern Guild, and it's Executive Director Alan Ross. During her session, Jack speaks about her experience in the world of gay and lesbian bars such as The Conference Room, High Country, The Unicorn, and The Old Plantation, and also her times experiencing Pride and Gay Pride in the community. She worked with and continues to work with Caven Enterprises and also served for a time as the first female President of the Dallas Tavern Guild. Kathy Jack is married to Susie Buck.

She shares stories of protests and traveling to marches and her time in the closet while teaching in the Dallas Independent School District while peers were outed and eventually challenged and overturned the laws in Texas.

A recording of Rodd Gray (aka Patti Le Plae Safe) speaking at the "Four Dallas Icons" edition of Outrageous Oral held on May 21, 2015 in the Rose Room at S4 in Dallas. On the 30th anniversary of his move to Dallas, Gray reflects on how his life "really came together" when he moved to Dallas. During the height of the AIDS crisis, Gray wrote a column called "Dear Patti" for The AIDS Update and participated in benefit concerts like the Dallas Gay Alliance's War on AIDS. Gray talks about the severe grief he experienced in the 1980s when many friends died from AIDS, as well as the fulfillment he found raising money for charity. At the end of the video Patti Le Plae Safe performs "From A Distance" as sung by Bette Midler. Outrageous Oral is a quarterly evening of GLBT storytelling hosted by The Dallas Way, a GLBT history organization.

Curtin in character as his drag persona Edna Jean Robinson speaking at the "Four Dallas Icons" edition of Outrageous Oral held on May 21, 2015 in the Rose Room at S4 in Dallas. Curtin expresses outrage about Governor Rick Perry's opposition to gay marriage. Curtin credits Donna Day as his mentor. Fellow drag queen Pitiful Bitch and Todd Savell, Curtin's frequent collaborators, are mentioned. Curtin talks about his other drag personas, Elizabeth "Betty" Bliss and Heather Hardin. The story of Edna Jean Robinson's creation at a Turtle Creek Chorale retreat is told. A few times Curtin pauses his monologue while footage of pageant highlights are projected on the screen behind him. Curtin talks about his work as a "charity girl" (drag queen who raises money) and his work as a TCC (Turtle Creek Chorale) Angel, assisting those who contracted AIDS in the early 1990s. Curtin discusses the stigmas and prejudices he witnessed against those ill with HIV/AIDS when he visited AIDS patients in Dallas hospitals. Curtin's husband, Jack Bliss, is remembered.
