The story outlines the conflict taking place between January and June of 1984 over the Austin street building that was awarded to the academy being uninhabitable, unsuited for the organizations, and ultimately to be torn down in five years. The issues addressed were unkept promises by city officials and misinformation. The footage shows an in-depth interview of Curtis King and the mayor's political consultant Judy Amps.
