Raju Doley is seen drying paddy in the sun. He says this paddy is one of the agotiyang aam, meaning "paddy that is done before the actual season". The paddy for the next season can be seen at the back in green, called horu jangiya. Since it had been raining for the past few days, he was not able to dry the paddy in the sun. Now he dries the wet paddies on a rope and begins assembling dried paddies for the next steps.

Gyafo Dawa delves into the rich heritage of his lineage and the Zangskari royal family. He recounts the pivotal moment in June 1948 when Zangskar faced invasion from Pakistani forces, prompting his father and the entire family, accompanied by Kushok Bakula Rimpoche, to seek refuge in Himachal Pradesh. Dr. Slupski further inquires about the demographics of Zangskar, leading the discussion towards the significant societal and cultural changes Zangskar has experienced over the past four and a half decades, since he first visited. Recording of Dilbung Bembem recorded in Imphal recollecting her time during the conflict. The story of the attack and burning down of her village Paraolon, the killing of her brother Dilbung Angpheng, and Simon and his father Darshel, Sankhil Kochai, and injuring her father Dilbung Rengtarnon by the Kuki. They buried the death family members at Challong and they escaped to Chandel as they were displaced due to the conflict.

Radha Devi and Yashpal Singh complete set-up 2 of the Family Story Task, a picture-based stimulus task. They sit back to back in the first instance: Yashpal describes the content of pictures 5, 7, 9, 12 & 15, and Radha, based on his description, tells him how to arrange the five pictures so as to make a story. Afterwards, they tell the story. This set-up turned out to be more manageable for both participants than the initial 16-picture task.
