Report exploring the current conditions of the historical Carrollton Crossing Depot and approaches to adapting it to new uses without diminishing its historical value. ARCHITEXAS dissented to the opinion of DART and the City of Carrollton that new uses would require the building to be relocated to a new site.

This report outlines concerns, raised by community members and stakeholders, with Ledbetter Station and potential improvements to those problems. These concerns were raised in the course of a public outreach effort undertaken as part of the planning stage of the South Oak Cliff Blue Line Light Rail Transit Extension.

Study tracks the costs and impacts of the extension of Red Line service into the North Central Corridor and analyzes the accuracy of forecasts made during project planning.

Appendices for the final environmental assessment for the proposed extension of the DART Orange Line from Belt Line Station to the DFW Airport. These include a list of personnel responsible for preparation, a distribution list, transcripts of public meetings, public notices, responses to comments recieved during the public review process, correspondence with relevant agencies, soil type and rare species reference information, wetland determination forms, a hazardous materials list, 10% design reports, noise and vibrations impact assessments, a list of reference plans and guidelines, and an assessment of potential operational impacts on the airport.

A proposal for developing the Lake Highlands Light Rail Transit (LRT) Station and parking along the Blue Line. The report also makes an argument for probable categorical exclusion, meaning that the project would not have significant environmental impact.

This Local Environmental Assessment (LEA) describes the transportation and environmental impacts associated with the construction and operation of a proposed, 2.6-mile light rail extension from Ledbetter Station to the UNT Dallas campus and identifies mitigation measures. This Final LEA is based on the 5% level of design and includes responses to comments received during the 30-day public review period for the Draft LEA.

Document assessing the potential environmental effects of a proposed streetcar alignment from Union Station to the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Beckley Avenue in Oak Cliff. It determined that the streetcar would have no significant impact.

Appendix C for the proposed South Oak Cliff Corridor Blue Line Extension from Ledbetter Station to the UNT Dallas campus. It contains maps and drawing drawing made during the preliminary engineering process.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), in coordination with the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), produced an analysis of the potential impact, to the environment and to the airport, of extending a DART line to the DFW Airport Central Terminal Area. The FAA's approval was needed for any change to an airport layout plan (ALP) and its report primarily deals with the effect of the extension on the airport. While there was determined to be no significant impact of the proposed extension, it would be necessary to relocate weather alert devises.

Purpose of report is to explain public and agency involvement in the MIS process, document the evaluation process and alternatives considered, document detailed evaluation results, and present the elements of the Locally Preferred Investment Strategy.

This report represents a re-evaluation of the environmental impact of DART's Orange Line DFW Airport Extension following modifications made to the proposed project after both the FAA and FTA had issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI). The purpose of this report was to determine if the modifications might result in environmental impacts not previously not documented in the earlier environmental assessment, in which case the FONSIs would remain valid. Some modifications to the rail alignments were made to avoid the need to relocate FAA infrastructure, to eliminate bridge structers that could impact flight safety, and to provide enough space for future roadway expansions.

This document describes the impacts to the natural as well as economic and social environments associated with a proposed double-track Light Rail Transit (LRT) line extending from DART's Downtown Garland Station 4.8 miles to a planned Downtown Rowlett Station and identifies possible mitigation treatments to be incorporated into the final design. This Final Local Economic Assessment (LEA) includes responses to all written and oral comments received during the 49 day public review period for the the Draft LEA.
