From Purpose: "This study in the area of Loving, Pecos, Reeves, Ward, and Winkler Counties was conducted to address the problems of overdraft and quality deterioration with respect to the Cenozoic Pecos Alluvium aquifer (previously referred to as the Cenozoic Alluvium aquifer), which is the primary aquifer in the area.
