Report by LULAC Committee chaired by Santos de la Paz, and committee members R. E. Austin, Luis Albarado, and O. T. Salinas, appointed by the LULAC Convention to study the report entitled "The Wetback in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of Texas," by Lyle Saunders and Olen E. Leonard. The committee recommends disapproval and censure of the report, that a protest be sent to the University of Texas for permitting the printing the report, and the committe deplores what they see as approval of the report by the Texas Regional Convention of LULACs.
