Second part of the final report of the 2005 Defense Base Closure and Realignment Commission (BRAC), which analyzed the recommendations made by the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) regarding 160 military installations. This volume contains supplementary information broken into 20 appendices, including abbreviations and definitions; a staff list; selection criteria, hearings, and other process documentation; maps; and other relevant information. There are also two indexes at the end of the document, one organized by state and one by recommendation title.

This is the report on validation of Army capacity data. Performed the validation as part of our overall audit of the 2005 Army Basing Study. Included in the results of this effort in a summary report at the end of the study.
