Patent for improvements on lawn mowers with "drive wheels and an adjustable cutting mechanism [...] held in adjusted positions by means releasable by the propelling handle" (lines 10-15). This allows "adjusted positions to cut grass of different lengths without the necessity of the operator stooping" (lines 21-23), including illustrations.
