Car-Coupling.

Patent for an inexpensive, simple, and efficient improved twin-jaw coupling that couples automatically and easily uncouples. Operators do not need to go between cars to uncouple the cars. "A further object of the invention is in the operation of uncoupling to open the knuckle after releasing the same in order to have the knuckle in position predatory to coupling" (lines 16-19).

Patent for "an improved mechanism for the periodical automatic winding of clocks by water power, and has for its object to provide an apparatus that will be adapted to utilize the power afforded by the gravity of water discharged at regular intervals from a tank, which is in an elevated position and is supplied with water by rain fall or other means" (lines 8-16).

Patent for a wind-wheel that "needs no guiding vane or tail, but shall turn in the same direction at all times regardless of the direction of the wind" (lines 8-11). It is a horizontal wind wheel that rotates on a vertical axis. The blades automatically opens on one side and close on the opposite side.

Patent for a revolving cabinet that "shall constitute a counter or a part of the same, or that may be used as a kitchen-table, and at the same time serve as a convenient receptacle for the safe storage of general articles of merchandise and household supplies, which shall be maintained in a clean and fresh condition and be easy to access" (lines 12-19). There is an opening on the counter to access the trapezoidal trays that can rotate underneath.
