Torpedo-Controlling Apparatus.

Patent for improvements to a torpedo controlling apparatus. Electrically operated wings or vanes are added to the exterior of the torpedo, allowing remote control from within an airplane. The position and angle of the wings or vanes affect the depth of the submerging operation.
