Patent for a door-fastener, lock, that can be attached to on the facing side or from the inside so that the fastener cannot be unlocked from the outside. The door-fastener is light weight so that it can be easily carried about.

Patent for the provision of spring pressed clamps pivotally mounted on a burner and adapted to engage opposite sides of the base of a lamp chimney and thereby securely hold the lamp chimney in place on the burner and yet permit the ready removal of the chimney.

The device comprises a rotary holder or rack mounted for rotation around a vertical axis and including a skirt-like outer wall made of flexible material folded to form circumferentially arranged pockets into which the lower ends of a large quantity of post cards or the like may be inserted and supported in connection with certain other elements of the structure.

Patent for improvements in tailway-tie by “the provision of a clamping plate terminating at one end in a pair of spaced brackets that extend over the base flange of the rail, the said clamping plate being held in engagement with the base flange of the rail by a pair of spaced lugs formed with the top plate of the tie and which bear against the rear end of the clamping plate. Patent for an improved portable vehicle top such as is used upon farm wagons and the like. The wagon-top is constructed so that it may be easily removably connected with a wagon, so that it may be folded when attached to the wagon, and so that it may provide improved means for releasably connecting the supporting leg of the top proper with the standards which carry the top.

Patent for improvements in silos, particularly in the means of tightening the boards and bracing the silos. The object of the invention is to provide a silo which will be easily put together and braced and which can be kept in an air-tight and a liquid tight condition, and to provide means for bracing the silo and for locking the boards in place.
