This design "consist[s] of the frame, the backing, the transverse rods secured to said backing upon one side thereof, the vertical strip upon the opposite side of said strip, and the transverse rods secured to the outer edge of said strip, the pivoted legs, and the bars" (lines 96-102). Said bars are pivoted to "side bars of the frame and at the other provided with elongated slots engaging pins on the legs" (lines 1-3).
