[t]he planks of the mold, made with rabbeted ends and provided with clamps . . . [and] [t]he combination of angle-pieces, bars, and clamping-screws with the mold-planks . . . [and] [t]he combination, with the planks of a concrete-mold having beveled ends, of angle-pieces, also having beveled-ends, and provided with screws for clamping the plank" (lines 71-83).

Patent for a new and improved door check. This design "consists in providing the door with a sliding rod, which is adapted to be actuated so as to engage with a retaining-block attached to the floor by the knob-shank, which is provided with a dog for raising and lowering the rod" (lines 17-22).
