Patent for a car-coupling that "will greatly simplify the construction and facilitate the operation thereof by providing levers upon the end of the car" (lines 14-17); including illustration and instructions

Patent for a cotton chopper that is "cheap, durable, have as few parts as practicable, and be easily assembled" (lines 13-15). The device uses hoe-carrying shafts and a main-drive shaft, and the hoes elevate and depress to chop the cotton.

Patent for a simple cupsidor that attaches to the floor of railway cars and other places and can be easily cleaned. They are designed to be installed in a line and connected so they can be opened and cleaned at the same time. A valve and a tube hold and empty the contents of the cupsidor.

Patent for an adjustable grate attachment that is meant to be used with open grates. It prevents "the falling of heated coals therefrom; also to provide for extension of the grate vertically to facilitate making of a larger fire; and further, to provide an attachment which may be used in regulating the draft to the grate proper" (lines 15-20).

Patent for a new and improved coupling for railroad cars. This design "has for its object to provide a device of this character which shall be cheap and simple in its construction and thoroughly effective in its operation. A patent for a strainer rack attachment "which is cheap and simple in construction, which may be very readily attached to the milk bowl supporting stand, and by means of which a strainer may be arranged over the milk bowl or turned back out of the way as desired." (lines 22-27)

Patent for treating soil for agricultural purposes. This invention destroys the ridges used for planting and growing cotton and also cultivating the soil in the vicinity of the ridges.

Patent for new and useful improvements in spring wheels sufficient to enable it to successfully stand up under the shocks and jars to which such wheels are ordinarily subjected, while at the same time having all the wearing qualities and resiliency of the pneumatic tire.

This design calls for wire or sheet metal to be shaped into a suitable size and shape for letters, including tabs on the ends to snap together to fasten the letters. This eliminates the need for twine or string, which reduces the flammability of the packages.

Patent for a press for hay, straw, and similar. This device, intended for horse-powered bailing processes, is designed for cheap and efficient hay press for the bailing process.

Patent for certain new and useful improvements in harrows, including instructions and illustrations.

Patent for a new and improved insect screen. This design consists in "the combination, with the wire frame and the base to which the ends of the wires of said frame are connected, of the auxiliary strands bracing the arch-wire of said frame, and the book-holder having the upper end of its supporting-wires bent and connected to the longitudinal wire of said frame" (lines 18-24).

Patent for a mop wringer inside a bucket, which is permanently attached below the mouth of the bucket and still allows for buckets to be stacked for storage.
