Patent for a cotton harvesting machine used for gathering the cotton from the plant, stripping the bolls or pods, and cleaning the cotton in one continuous operation during the traction of the harvester over a cotton field. This cotton harvester has a rotary picking member disposed forwardly and grabbing arms disposed rearwardly of the rotary picking arms. These rotary picking members are used for receiving the cotton gathered by the said picking arms and depositing it between two vertically operable crushers for crushing the bolls or pods preparatory to their passage into the ginning apparatus.

Patent for a new and improved horse carriage. This design calls for "the rider [to] press the treadles so as to hold the wheels in contact with the ground. When sufficient speed has been acquired the treadles are released, and the springs will then raise the wheels from contact with the ground, and the momentum will then be sufficient to keep the wheel erect. Should it be inclined to tilt, it may easily be righted by pressing either treadle so as to throw the wheel on the tilting side in contact with the ground" (lines 61-74).

Patent for a luggage-carrier "particularly adapted for use in conjunction with motor cycles or similar wheeled vehicles" (lines 11-13) including instructions and illustrations.

Patent for a simple and inexpensive tube-cutter meant to cut boiler flues or tubes in order to remove or replace the tubes or flues. The tube cutter doesn't spread the tube and allows the tubes to be withdrawn through the holes after cutting them.

Patent for a manure spreader that can be connected to the back wheels of a farm wagon. Illustrations included.
