Patent for an appliance for protecting oil-wells from fires. As stated within the patent, "this invention relates to certain new and useful improvements in appliances for protecting oil-wells from fires; and to this end it consists of the novel combination and arrangement of parts hereinafter more specifically described in the accompanying drawings, and particularly pointed out in the claims herein appended" (Lines 9-16).

Patent for a simple and inexpensive churn that works efficiently and does not take up much space. It consists of a solid upper portion, a lower portion, a horizontal bar that connects the two, a bracing frame, a shaft, bearings, a band wheel attached to the shaft, an adjustable drive wheel, a crank wheel, and a dasher.

Patent for improvements in bank-protectors by “providing doors, windows, and other openings with suitable metallic shields that may be readily placed in position by a slight movement of the hand or foot of the operator” (lines 19-23), illustration is included.

Patent, including illustrations, for improvements to combined swingletrees and eveners, tools used to equalize strain between a draft animal and vehicle, "which is easily and simply constructed, inexpensive to manufacture, and one which will be very efficient in operation" (lines 22-25).

Patent for a new and improved well pulley, including instructions and illustrations.

Patent for a magazine rifle. This invention consists of a combined breech block and cartridge carrier. Illustrations included.

Patent for a mechanical movement for ratchet feeding mechanisms " in which movement is imparted from a rocking lever to a ratchet wheel through the medium of a plurality of pawls that are so connected to the lever as to operate on the ratchet wheel during movement of the levers in both directions"(lines 10-16).

Patent for improvements to subsoilers "to provide a subsoiler which has a plurality of pivoted points which will merely loosen the under soil so that same may retain a large amount of moisture, and will not turn the under soil over" (lines 10-15).

Patent for a portable post driver.

Patent for an improved automobile spring wheel that has an auxiliary tread and is separate from the spokes, so that it adds cushioning to the spokes.

Patent for a new and improved horse-detacher. This design consists in "[t]he combination, with the axle, of the arms attached to the front face thereof and inclined downward and toward each other, the spring-actuated pins within said arms, and the cord attached to adjacent ends of the said pins and passed beneath the axle over guide-rollers and connected with a lever pivoted upon the under side of the reach, said lever being arranged to be actuated from the vehicle" (lines 43-52).

Patent for improved “reversible hillside-plows and enable the plowshare to be rapidly changed from one side of the plow to the other and to move in front of the standard and over the foot of the same and obviate the necessity of lifting the entire plow every time it is desired to change the position of the plowshare" (lines 10-17), includes illustration.

Patent for a quilting frame that has "a novel means of supporting and tilting the track, and also other features" (lines 15-16). The frame is suspended in a track, and the track can be tilted so the frame can run in bot directions on the track.

Patent for necktie retainers that can be slipped into turndown collars while retaining neckties or scarfs against pulling down or moving sidewise, with illustration (lines 10-15).
