Patent for a pneumatic cotton thresher, cleaner, and storage unloader for use in cotton gins.

Patent for a wire stretcher which includes attachments for pulling the ends of a broken strand of wire together so that it can be repaired, in addition to the usual function of stretching wire thereby taking up slack in unbroken wire strands when erecting fences. The device also "requires a minimum amount of labor in its operation and in which the force employed is exerted in the direction of the line of the wire" (lines 20-23).

Patent for a machine that sharpens and gums saws for cotton-gins. It does so quickly and does not fatigue the operator. It automatically feeds "the saws so as to bring the teeth successively into position to be operated upon, and which will cut the teeth uniformly, thereby preserving the circular outline of the saws and preserving the teeth of a uniform length and appearance" (lines 15-20).

Patent for certain new and useful improvements in insecticides, including instructions and illustrations.

Patent is for "new and useful Improvements in Pumping Attachments" (lines 5&6) with illustration and instructions on how it works.

Patent for a gate that is meant "to facilitate the opening of the gate without the intervention or use of the hands; to strengthen and brace the gate so as to prevent any possible sagging thereof, the braces being extended to form part of the hinge joint; to provide and dispose a latch so that it can be easily actuated by the foot from either approach for the purpose of releasing and opening the gate; lastly, to provide a gate that will close automatically without the use of springs and which will be simple, cheap, light and give satisfactory results" (lines 14-26).

Patent for an electric railway signal, which is attached to train engines and signals that a train is stopped to other trains by a light reflecting forwards and lights the platform for passengers by having a light reflecting backwards behind the engine.

Patent for a drive belt. Used for automotive motor fans and similar light elements so light machinery will not be liable to slip upon belt wheels or become displaced.
