The ceremony is for the dedication of a bronze Ludwig Börne statue, sculpted by Jonas Perkins, to the town of Boerne, Texas. the program includes an order of events, a brief history and background of Ludwig Börne, and a short bio about the statue's sculptor.

A booklet for an exhibit featuring Byrd Williams IV, Lawrence McFarland, and Clarissa Sligh, entitled "Fotografie Aus Den U.S.A.", in Trier, Germany at the Stadtischen Museum, 1995. The booklet features photographs, Night Triptychs, from Byrd Williams as well as include an excerpt about the photographer.
