In the letter, he introduces a new budget program called "Be Cents-ative," in which he encourages his employees to participate. A handwritten note on the back of the letter gives more details about the program.

Glessner to Miss Lou Moore, inquiring about her well-being and whether she had a safe and pleasant trip to Illinois, as well as a desire to meet her again in Indiana.
