Letter from John H. Winters to Truett Latimer discussing the letter he got from Raymond W. Vowell which talks about Mr. and Mrs. Home Hughers sons' need for medical assistance. He informs Mr. Latimer that their son is not eligible for assistance in form of Aid to the Permanently and Totally Disabled. He says he is writing to their local office to get someone to call the Hughes and help them find a legal way to get help for their son.
