McCarter appreciates the evaluation and they have already how they have adjusted their activities based on the recommendations. However, there are some criticism to Wilson' evaluation and McCarter feels him and his team have more experience when it comes to specific areas. Carter Foundation, inviting him to the meeting. The Center is hosting the meeting to recognize the partnerships that have grown over the past five years. Another letter, dated the same and also from Vicki Rosenberg is present, but addressed to Mark Constantine, consultant at Jessie Ball duPont Fund and has the same invitation.

A e-mail from Mark Withers to William McCarter, April 15, 1993 with the subject: Two way transmissions. The e-mail is in regards prior correspondence between the two, with Wither saying the use of the studio for an activity depends on the format of the lecture.

Stating their disappointment for the schedule conflict that prevents him from being able to participate in NTIEVA, North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts, 1993 Summer Institute Administrator's Day. As such they are inviting Woolery to participate in an Administrator's Day for Dallas I.S.D. at the Meadows Museum at SMU and then the new wing of the Dallas Museum of Art. Their primary goal is to introduce NTIEVA to the new directors of the museum and introduce them to the DISD administrators. McCarter, Davis and Reynolds would like Woolery to present a greeting during the introductions of the day, and are having Janice Wiggins working with his secretary to schedule a day for this event in allowance of other key administrators to attend.

McCarter writes that because the evaluation was received at such an early date they were able to put into action many of the suggested recommendations and observations made and have begun the development of Leadership seminars which will allow NTIEVA to train the future trainers.

In regards to Davis's letter which informed Montford about North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts. Montford writes that he is a supporter of the arts in education and of arts programs in general, and has introduced SB 778, designed to provide more funding source for the Texas Commission on the Arts. Montford writes that be believe the bill's chances of passage and thanks Davis again for his letter.

In regards to Pilot Points' commitment as a full time partner in the North Texas Institute for Educators on the Visual Arts as well as the participation of Sylvia Russel, Associate Director and Site Coordinator for Pilot Point during the 1994 - 1995 school year. Grisby has attached to the letter stipend worksheets based on the salary of the faculty to be involved with the institute.
