It references a breakdown of the contract between them and explicitly states that should Plosser and Prince not respond to the letter by September 22, 1942, legal action will be taken against Plosser-Prince Air Academy. This letter was sent via air mail special delivery.

A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas from Mrs. Ora Parker, Roscoe, Texas, dated March 19, 1942. Parker requests a suggestion from Carswell or help in locating employment, some kind of war work. A notation by Carswell at the top of page dated April 18, 1942 advises that he suggested the USO at Sweetwater.

Letter from E. H. Saulson, director of the USO Club, to Mrs. W. E. Blewett in Sweetwater, Texas. Saulson discusses a meeting to be held August 25, 1942; according to him, the purpose of the club is "to help occupy time and perhaps develop some way of building or maintaining their own morale as well as that of their husbands." Also included is the envelope that this letter was delivered in.
