The discrepancies seem to be between the El Paso copy of records and the Austin copy of records. The writer also mentions that McAlpine and Sayles are away at the Ranch and that he has not been able to discuss the shortage of interest payments with them. It is mentioned that the writer has read over deeds and discusses the actions executed in relation to the deeds.
