Although the service was good and the food was delicious, the chapter was disappointed that he did not consult with them about the choice of a dessert. It was understood that the dessert should prominently feature the Links' colors of green and white, but it did not. Also, the staff did not receive instructions for preparing the ballroom in a timely manner. The chapter would like an explanation and apology for these oversights.
