[Transcript of Letter from James F. Perry to Mrs. Maxwell, December 2, 1834]

Copy of transcript for a letter from James F. Perry to Mrs. Maxwell, in which Perry acknowledges receipt of Mrs. Maxwell's letter inquiring about her husband. Perry also explains that he has delayed in responding in the hope that he would receive news of Maxwell or her from him personally. Perry informs Mrs. Maxwell that proceeds from the sale of several of her husband's items that were left with Mr. Somerville in San Felipe, will be sent to the family directly. Perry promises to write immediately if he hears any further news.
