Carswell references the letter of July 22 sent by Suddath and advises that Subject 95040 OP is now under his supervision. Carswell advises Suddath regarding his own immediate investigation, vouches for Subject and requests that Suddath investigate the possibility of a rodeo performer using the name of Subject.
