Herrera also asks Martinez to have Brother Cliff Lopez, chaplain of the Bryan Council, give the official prayer at the Convention in Galveston. Herrera tells Martinez of his plans to be a moderator at one of the seminars and mentions that it will be a "tight fight for the National Presidency."
