Letter of acceptance into the American Academy of Pediatrics from E. H. Christopherson to Edith Bonnet. In the letter Christopherson explains the purpose of the Academy and hopes that Dr. Bonnet's "affiliation with the Academy will be long and gratifying."

Letter from A. Bryan Spires, Jr. to Edith Marguerite Bonnet saying they received her letter not wanting to register with the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners. He goes on to mention that, by law, this letter serves "as notice to you that your 1974 registration fee is unpaid, and [her] license will be cancelled" in 15 days if the fee is left unpaid.

Letter Max R. Woodward to Edith Bonnet appreciating her November 12th letter but saying that "Mel Thornton had more to do" with clearing the way for her to be admitted into the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Letter from Sidney R. Kaliski to Melvin Thornton detailing a conversation he had with J. P. Sandler concerning Edith Bonnet's application for membership to the American Academy of Pediatrics. According to Kaliski, Dr. Sandler refuses to accept her application and says that Dr. Bonnet has become "the victim of a persecutory [sic] fallacy." Also included is a note that Kaliski wrote to Edith Bonnet saying that he came across that correspondence and thought it would be of interest to her now.

He goes on to discuss those family members who were in attendance; Morris plans to get in touch with Schaefer's niece "to get family genealogy."
