Sayles - the disclaimer was filed and put with the papers in the case, therefore we will take no judgment as to said party."

Sedberry states that a boundary agreement for Robert Wilson's oil and gas mining leases are satisfactory. Sedberry proposes letting Willhelm and Wilson discuss the boundary line between themselves.

Letter from John Sayles to G. C. Spillers discussing the Hamon et al vs. United States Torpedo Company case. The trial is set for the second Monday in February 1929. Sayles requests Spillers send him J. L. Thomspon's testimony and the oral depositions of B. C. McDonald and Jack Rapp.
