In regards of McCarter's enthusiasm for the presentation regarding "The Wanderers," and mentions David Coffey doing a superb job amplifying the content written by Andrew Harris. McCarter says that it is imperative that art teachers at both an elementary and secondary level be exposed to excellent presentations and that Georgia Blades is working with the program for Texas Art Education Fall Meeting in Fort Worth, hoping that Holland and Blades could connect for a repeat presentation to the members of TAEA. Enclosed in the letter to Holland, McCarter has sent a newsletter of the National Art Education Association, for Holland to get a feeling of strength from the teacher organization. Newsletter not present with letter.
