Broadus writes that she is happy that other teachers now involved with the institute program, want to implement art related programs into the curriculum and that Burton Hill is lucky to have an art specialists like Carolyn Sherburn for her contribution to the program and school. NTIEVA will be working with PPISD for the next five years and Broadus wants Pedigo to be apart of the program to help teachers integrate visual arts.

In regards to Broadus' recent visitation at Burton Hill and the progress the students are making with the DBAE program, that other teachers, Melissa Patterson, Rhonda Perry and Missy Cheatham, who were not part of the institute program want to implement the similar curriculum's into their classroom. Broadus writes that she'll contact Valetta Jackson about her visitation in the later month or March. Enclosed in the letter, Broadus gives studio suggestions that correspond with the "looking and learning" lesson plan, and she plans to send those to other teachers as well. Included in the letter is a time schedule for a meeting of October 5th for strategic planing and vision statements.
