He did not provide a copy of a renewal application because he did not know it was available.

Letter from Mario Marcel Salas, president of the Black Coalition on Mass Media, to KSAT Television. He writes to complain to the television station about a Bugs Bunny cartoon that was aired in which various racial slurs were used towards Japanese people. He hopes the airing was a mistake and an oversight on the part of the television station.
