Hill explains that an enclosed C/C [cashier's check] is to reimburse for the rental on P. O. Box 1032. Hill outlines his business travel itinerary and monologues on politics advising that the recent "hostile involvings" may retard business progress. "It might be that we presently have a fully DEVELOPED Kingfish 'Huey Long' set-up?" Hill handwrites postcript at bottom of page sending regards to all. Notation at top of page indicates a reply by Carswell on October 17, 1950.
