Cochrane to Cecelia McKie titled 'Word Received from Prisoner: Colonel and Mrs. Cochran get message from daughter held by Japanese.' Envelope addressed to Mrs. W. L. McKie, Sacramento, California from Mrs. F. M. Cochran, Davidson, North Carolina. Reverse side of envelope has been removed by creator.
