Deed from C. F. Bonnell to W. H. Bonnell acknowledging W. H.'s payment of $1 in exchange for land from C. F. Bonnell, the widow of John A. Bonnell; W. H. Bonnell is her only son and heir. The deed states that the land being purchased is situated on Verde Creek in Kerr County; the rest of the paragraph details the land, its borders, and size. Finally, the deed includes statements acknowledging that C. F. Bonnell did appear to the clerk to perform this action.
