Report to Chief J. E. Curry by J. W. Fritz concerning the transfer of Lee Harvey Oswald. Fritz describes the activities leading up to the transfer of Oswald and the various security preparations made to accommodate for the anonymous threat to Oswald and other security issues. He states that they planned to have a police car lead an armored truck as if the prisoner was in it, but they were actually going to keep Oswald in an unmarked police car. He describes what happened when Oswald was shot as he was being escorted to the unmarked police car and the trip to Parkland Hospital.
