Criminal Intelligence Report by L. D. Stringfellow to Captain W. P. Gannaway, through Lieutenant Jack Revill. The report is concerning David Conrad Glass, a man who contacted the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Portland, Oregon and told the Agents that he had dreamed that Lee Harvey Oswald was going to kill the President in the month of November, 1963. He stated that this dream had occurred in July of 1963. Glass was arrested on February 17, 1964 and had a pistol in his possession. He was also carrying a rubber stamp for making cards which was copied and included in the report.
